April Happenings

Well March didn't really feel very spring-like... but April always brings a promise of warmth and the opportunity to get out to see some art!

This month marks the beginning of an exciting relationship with  Masterpiece Framing at the Boston Design Center. John delivered three paintings there last week, including this one, "Morning Low Tide". Masterpiece and the Boston Design Center cater to designers and design tradesmen working with clients to finish and appoint residential, corporate and institutional spaces. They also stage specific gallery events, so stay tuned for future announcements of fun happenings!

Caroline, together with the Intersections collaborative group, created and performed "The Reading" in Boston and Cambridge this March. These pieces are an important step in her ongoing work with Tarot Cards and Chance Operations. She is currently thinking about the ritual of Tarot Card reading as similar to the process involved in the Turing Test. She will be using the movement of the dancers to create the last suite of paintings in the Tarot Series.
To see video documentation of the first performance visit:The Intersections Blog or our website.
We're pleased to announce that John's window show that ran for the month of March at Page Waterman Gallery in Wellesley has transitioned to the inside gallery proper. We're excited that they have decide to hold on to several of John's pieces!

A very big "Thank You" Lynda McNally for featuring us at the Liberty Hotel last month!!!
We've refreshed the design of our website! Have a peek at the new rufoart.net!
